The High Performance Liquid Chromatography is a three day seminar which deals with the basic operation of the instrument; includes hands-on operations and training. Coverage includes basic theory and principles, a quick look at its parts, the column and resolution and efficiency, solvent preparation and maintenance.

Requisite Competencies: Seminar participants must currently be housing or thinking of acquiring HPLC units in their laboratory or institution. Some knowledge of chemical instrumentation particularly chromatography is required.
