The Control Charting seminar is a one day seminar which deals with the use of a control chart as a management tool for diagnosis and operations of laboratories. A control chart is a visual representation of confidence intervals for a Gaussian distribution; it warns us when a property being assessed is straying too far from the intended target value. Control Charting also could display the precision of replicate analyses performed.

Requisite Competencies: Control Charting participants must be knowledgeable of some statistics and statistical methods of analysis.
