QA/QC in the Laboratory

The Quality Assurance and Quality Control seminar is a two day seminar which deals with processes that is used to measure and guarantee the quality of a product (quality assurance) and procedures utilized for ensuring that all products and services expectations of end-users/customers (quality control). From defect identification, several parameters are undertaken to ensure that the quality of the final product meets approval of end-users, the practice of good laboratory, doing routine calibration checks, and performing control charting diagnosis are steps needed to ensure all these can be met.
Requisite Competencies: Seminar participants must somewhat knowledgeable of uncertainty calculations and statistical methods of analysis. Ability to perform control chart prognosis is welcomed but not required.
